10 for a generic battery suitable for any brand of watch? 15 for a simple job to remove three links that takes less than five minutes? The man takes a look at the brand of watch (ie how much money you were willing to spend on it), schmoozes you and charges accordingly, simple as that.

What fantastic customer service. Took a watch in for a new battery and was ready in 10 minutes and at a very reasonable price too. I also had a very mis-shapen ring due to getting my finger trapped and hoped to get it done before I went away. The lovely gentleman in the store disappeared for 5 minutes and came back with it looking like new for me. The best customer service I have received in a very long time - thank you so much!

Quaint & independent jeweller in Bingley that offers an exceptionally high level of service which is rarely seen in today's marketplace. If you add the knowledge and expertise of James, then I'd say that Bingley Jewellery is certainly up there with the best...... it's always my first stop shop to look after my high-end watch collection.

I've moved out of the area and still travel back here. I haven't been lucky enough to buy jewellery which looks lovely but for repairs to watches and jewellery he is definitely a jeweler and not there to just sell. The guy knows his stuff
