I do two classes per week and absolutely love it!! My instructors are fabulous! They give really clear instructions throughout and I cannot recommend it enough!! There are different levels of classes to choose from, from, Gentle right the way up to Intense, you choose the one for you and your body. I urge everyone to try it, you are getting fit whilst having fun! Thank you, allstyledanceworkout.
