We had what was initially an eight day employment tribunal. This got totally messed up between the insurance Company and extremely poor solicitors. Irwin Mitchell Leeds office I had to report to the SRA got a pay out in settlement extremely poor. Morrish solicitors in Leeds. Tony Rippon did not even feel we had a case. What a poor solicitor he was. DAS law solicitors another extremely bad experience with bad solicitors and decisions. Hodge Jones and Allen, London, terrible performance with bad advice from their solicitors. We won a huge pay out in the end. It was so big that DAS the insurance company did not wish to pay it. This was sanctioned by the financial ombudsman. So despite their wriggling and dishonesty they had to pay in the end. DAS insurance made countless big mistakes and ended up paying through the nose for their inadequate workmanship. This is where Ram at RDC solicitors in Bingley came to hand. He was absolutely brilliant in comparison to all the above. He quickly gained knowledge of the four year ongoing case. For once I was not having to do all the work. My partner and I recently bought our first house, and chsoe to use Anthony for the conveyancing. He was brilliant throughout, and we couldn't fault him one bit!
