        yes ive been let down too waited 8 weeks, asked him every week if ok turns out no proper plans or requested info sent to council loosing 600 a week rent on lease

        AVOID!! Dishonest architect that boasts 'he's done lots of these' and pushy to get you signed up. Once his sales pitch is done, you get poor drawings that give little direction and more fundamentally he fails to advise on current regulations that have to be served to neighbours. Speaking to people in the industry I've quickly learned his work is poor. Dinosaur that is out of touch and needs to go book a refresher course.
