        Constantly suffering from poor supply chain issues in products being lost, damaged or inaccurate to what is quoted on. 15% of orders come through fine, but more resource is spent on amending the errors from orders to them than any efficiencies/savings. Customer service provided is friendly, albeit does not prevent the issues from occurring in the first instance. Not suitable for Healthcare provision in my opinion.

        My wife and I both use BIST for the majority of our small business procurement, for IT supplies and much else besides. Weve never known anything but top quality service. Competitive pricing, and rapid lead times. Products often arrive early, regularly next day. Our account manager Alistair is always on hand and cant do enough for you. Highly recommended.
