Outstanding! I feel comfortable leaving my pooch with Ellie; she treats him like her own. My toy poodle is always groomed to perfection and Ellie's knowledge and expertise is second to none.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Very friendly and very very honest I booked an appointment two months ago when I got there the young lady said your dog is not ready to be stripped show me how to make sure that Boo is ready to be stripped this is the first time I felt so confident about somebody caring about the dog, and not the money Looking forward to going back when Boo is ready for stripping. Boo been back and we are very happy with Boo have a look

Ellie is amazing absolutely lovely and extremely professional booked my yorkshire terrier in for a same day appointment as she was getting spayed the next day..Thank-you Ellie

I was a bit apprehensive about our 13 week cockapoo going for an initial appointment as shed never been anywhere without us and usually extremely wriggly when wed tried to bathe her previously. Ellie did a fantastic job, our pup came back so soft and clean and fluffy - and most importantly happy! Looking forward to taking her again :)
