        I chose Mr Mookhtiar for my macular hole surgery in July 2021 I was apprehensive but he and his team put me at my ease. They explained very clearly what was to happen and after care. As a result of the excellent care I again chose Mr Mookhtiar for my cataract surgery in August 2022.

        Mr Mookhtiar has been treating me for wet macular degeneration, for several years - I also have had cataract surgery. I cannot thank him enough for his care, compassion and professionalism, which I receive every visit.

        Cataract surgery is nothing short of miraculous! The first amazing thing is the painless procedure involved. The second...just how quickly you are able to "see" the benefit. Thirdly, how much difference it makes. I'm now in a position where I can see the "before" and "after" having had only one cataract removed. The difference is unbelievable and I take my hat off to Mr Mookhtiar who has made it all possible in the most friendly yet so professional way.
