NO STARS ! Never again. Nepotism run staff. GLAD TO HAVE RESIGNED. Avoid at all costs. Enjoyed working with Some good staff in the domestics. I see that its mostly staff giving good reviews? Where are the residents and their visitors (good )reviews !

Was meant to me visiting my Gran tomorrow and found out through another family member they have decided to close for 2 weeks due to several members of staff testing positive. No one had the decency to inform me even though they knew we were traveling 2 hours to come tomorrow. I have tried numerous times to video call my gran and the staff keep promising to arrange then on the day/time no one calls. When my Gran first moved in they seemed good and she seemed happy but during the pandemic, which i understand is a difficult time- they have in my opinion been very poor and my Gran when i speak to her never seems very happy and i do have my concerns regarding her care.
