Myself and partner ordered 4 teddies as weddings gifts for our flower girls and page boys! Theyve arrived exactly as requested and the most adorable gifts with perfect personalisation. The customer service from Lauren was absolutely amazing from start to finish and remained in contact until our item was received. Along with a small personal card with a well-wish for our wedding day which made the service much more personal. Couldnt recommend Lauren enough and will definitely be ordering again! I ordered the most adorable little bunny for my Goddaughters christening and I couldnt be happier! It is beyond beautiful, lovely quality, super soft, arrived very quickly and came with the loveliest little note from Lauren. I will immediately be ordering another for my niece who is arriving from Australia soon and who I will meet for the first time. I would absolutely recommend The Customise Company.

I ordered an adorable personalised bunny, it's so beautiful I can't wait to gift it to my flower girl! I was also blown away by how thoughtful the company was as they also sent me the cutest blue bunny as my something blue!!
