        We instructed Dan to carry out a survey of a septic tank for a house we were buying. He saved us thousands picking up on an issue with the system another surveyor had missed. Very knowledgeable and professional. He has since carried out Groundworks on a self build we ended up buying. Excellent work, brilliant lads. Will use them again
