        Mark came out to look at my dishwasher that wasnt working 100%. He was able to come really quick after the first message and was great with communications He suggested looking at replacing a part, but said if it didnt work it would be refunded which is amazing! He ordered the part but the delivery date was pushed back and possibly discontinued so were going to buy a new dishwasher instead Really good service - helpful and honest which is what I need when I have no clue about dishwashers! Thanks so much!

        Our dishwasher had stopped filling with water. I called Mark, who picked up my call straight away. This was great, as I'd left several messages with another local repair guy with no reply at all. Mark could offer me a visit the next day and, amazingly, also asked me for a 2-hr timeslot that suited me (never had this before). Mark texted me 30 mins before he arrived, and arrived right at the start of the timeslot. He was friendly and professional and fixed the fault in 10 mins. The washer is now working fine. Can't recommend Mark highly enough. Service: Dishwasher repair
