        Amazing customer service under really unfortunate circumstances. Wed hired a luton van for the bank holiday weekend, but the key fob completely lost power and we contacted via Facebook as the office was closed and a second van was delivered to our address the following morning. Unfortunately, with the second van, it kept going in to limp mode due to an engine fault and this caused some real difficulty when driving. Ranch were really understanding and arranged for the van to be picked up on our return date, instead of us driving the van back to the depot. Great customer service but I wouldnt return due to the faulty vans.
