Thomas Bond Opticians - Bingham

Can any one say that they enjoy a visit to the opticians ? Well yes i can most definitely! Yesterday we went for the first time. Wow, they certainly know there business. Very friendly and most welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere. The examination was really thorough and was made to feel comfortable about the process. We left the shop with a feeling of great satisfaction that we have had value for money. How often can we say that these days. B big thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well.

First class customer service during difficult times. We needed two TB glasses repairing, as I couldnt get the tiny screws to secure. The female staff member last week was fast, cheerful and courteous and FOC too! Thank you, a great help.

Thomas bond have looked after me for 27 years and during lockdown I had worries about my 2 year old sons vision. They arranged an emergency appointment, opened the shop just for us and got him tested. Turned out his eyes were almost as bad as mine. Within 3 days we had his first glasses delivered to our door by our optician. Truly fantastic service during a lockdown period. Thank you Thomas Bond!
