Cant praise Simon enough at Oesteopoise. Just purchased a Power Chair, the genuine help, time and consideration that went into the chair and relevant accessories was really helpful. Asking about the different add ons available, Simons experience and knowledge cut through making it easy and also saved us some money, certain add-ons we asked about, he explained in our situation may not be that helpful for the additional cost. All measured and fitted on collection with lots of useful tips on use. Simon also gave us a Power Chair to use whilst waiting for the new one as our old one was no longer viable to repair in the long run. Excellent service as always, thank you Simon and team.

They spent time with us making sure our chair was exactly what Roy needed for support,durability and positioning. It was made to order, including the colour and so we had to wait several weeks for delivery during which time they lent us a chair. Roy is delighted with his new chair.

Poor service, poor communication a shambolic company. After months of waiting for a bed to be delivered, I then ordered a 'grab rail' for my 93 year old mother. After chasing for a delivery date, they still couldn't provide one after nearly 3 months blaming Covid!! I then did a little research and ordered the excat item / manufacture and it was delivered within two days. I will never use these again and would recommend that anyone should look elsewhere.
