        We are really chuffed with our new Wood Burning stove installed by Richard at RDR Stoves. From our first contact with Richard (arriving to quote when he said he would) he has been spot on. He understood our vision and quoted accordingly. We also visited his shop in Bingham and met his partner who was also extremely approachable and helpful. He was always contactable via phone and text and nothing was too much trouble, in fact he was very patient with our dithering! As part of the installation we also had our chimney repaired. Again this was not a problem and we are extremely happy with the result. A big thanks to his work colleague Charlie too. Its so refreshing to meet tradesmen that you can feel completely at ease with and trust, sharing a joke with and getting some extremely useful advice in the process. Thanks so much!
