A thank you for really excellent service! We visited the very well organised shop on Tuesday 18th January, where Carolyn was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We ordered a new integrated dishwasher and were told we would receive a call on Tuesday, 25th about delivery and installation. Sure enough, on Tuesday, 25th we received a call and our dishwasher was delivered and installed on the same day! The installation team were again very friendly and efficient and did a great job of removing our old machine and installing the new one (and the old one was taken away). We had mentioned that we were also looking for a new washing machine and photos and measurements were taken by the installers. The following morning we received a call from Carolyn with a quote and lots of useful info about the type of machine we were looking for. Again, excellent service. Mees Electrical will be our "go to" place for new appliances from now on - and we have already recommended to friends and family.
