        Very poor customer service. I couldn't get way from work on time and I was late for the appointment and they refused to do the job. If they were busy then fair enough but there were no customers being serviced, nobody waiting and they were doing nothing but sitting on their backsides. Never going back again

        Very disappointed with the poor workmanship, attitude and customer service at the Bingham ATS. The garage were meant to replace a daylight light bulb that had blown, when I picked up the car they had left the old light bulb rolling around the light case and a new one in the socket! When I queried this issue with the garage their response was very defensive and dismissive, claiming that the bulb was already there (it was not). Rather than dealing with this situation in a professional manner, instead 3 male employees came out to my car to argue their case. This was very intimidating as a female customer and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately old stereotypes about garages undermining female customers is true for this branch. ATS are still refusing to rectify their issue. I would not recommend.
