        A series attitude problem today from one staff member. A faulty air hose actually deflated my wife's car tyres - apparently it's "my problem". Even had the nerve to try to sell me a foot pump rather than do the decent thing. I don't care how cheap the fuel is, I'll never give them my business again.

        The rating is for one member of staff - middle aged guy on evening shift . Air machine broken, deflated the tires. The guy in charge that shift wouldn't assist. quote ' your problem ' Told my husband to leave the car there and come back tomorrow. He tried to sell my husband an old pump from on the back room that wasn't on sale. Shamefully not taking any responsibility for the forecourts broken equipment. The rating does not reflect the very helpful younger assistant and his friend who although not employee assisted in providing pump - massive thanks guys !
