Hawley and Rodgers Solicitors

I guess it depends what you're using them for, but in connection with Will Trusts I have found this firm to be absolutely terrible. I have had the misfortune of dealing with them for a number of years and they have been consistently shocking with communications, ie unanswered emails, cancelled appointments and constant delaying tactics. I seldom write reviews but I do feel that this firm deserve it. They are highly unprofessional and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using them to think twice and then go elsewhere!

Helen Allen at Hawley and Rodgers was very efficient and the service provided was very good. The whole process was smooth and did not take ages like other conveyancers. I would definitely recommend them.

The only reason Im putting one star is because I cant put 0. I have been both sides of the chain with this solicitor as buyer and seller and both times they have been horrendous. There were emails they didnt come back to for 3 weeks (blaming the fact someone was on holiday) never available to take calls, dont communicate with other solicitors, never commit to any time frames or inform you where things are at in the process, never take responsibility for anything and continually make excuses. I honestly dont know how theyre surviving with the level of service they provide. Stay far away unless youre looking for the biggest headache of your life!
