        First visit today at Blu, needing a full restyle having long neglected hair. Cerelle was amazing, understood exactly what I was asking for even though I couldn't describe it properly and I am so so so pleased with my new Bob hair cut. Have already booked back in to maintain it. Thank you Cerelle, I'm very grateful and feel like a brand new (much smarter) person.
