Footsteps To Futures is an amazing company to work for! Both staff and young people are supported and you can tell everyone is really passionate about their roles. I am proud to work for FTF!

I can also confirm that the review left using my name is fraudulent and does not reflect my views. I have worked at FTF for 4 years and have always been supported in my role and progression. Moving from an RCW to a registered manager within 3 years, I have always felt valued and embraced by the child focused culture FTF represent. Social care is a difficult sector to work in, We work with challenging behaviours and emotional strain and stress is commonplace. FTF do all they can to support their staff through these hard times and I find it unfortunate that rather than seek support, someone has chosen to use slander to misrepresent what actually goes on.

I can confirm the above account is a fake account and is not from myself. I have worked for FTF for coming up to three years and I have enjoyed my time spent here I work with a great team and the company is very child centred. I came into this job with the goal to be a homes manager one day, the company supported me with these goals and I achieved this ambition in under two years, shows they value their staff and want to see them progress, being a new manager is a huge commitment and i have had great support stepping into my new role. I would recommend this company.

Footsteps used to be a good place to work!! Now, the demands on our drained staff and the overworked care home management teams has led to the horrible motivation and work fatigue issue! (It eats away at all paygrades). I used to enjoy my work. Our little company always did the best for our team. (afterall, they've always worked so hard with the ridiculous hours and shifts asked of them)!! Things are so bad that I hate knowing we will still ask too much of our lovely staff team, which won't change while the money keeps rolling in. :'(
