    I would prefer to give a zero star review but not an option. I have had issues with this company on many occasions. I paid extra for a nurse to come to my home as no local private phlebotomy clinics. The appointments were limited, the only one this week was an afternoon, the test say preferably morning, but only preferably. When I spoke to the doctor who the test was for, she said that this was very poor and the test would not be good enough for prescribing and couldnt believe it said preferably. In other words the test would be a waste of money as far as she was concerned. Due to cancelling I have to repay for the appointment. This is a wasted 59. I spoke to Medichecks and they said it is my fault and I have to pay again. The doctor had recommended another company but I foolishly went with Medichecks. This is the second time they have provided a very bad customer service. Previously the lab they sent my bloods (this was a different test) to failed inspection, this resulted in them resending the test kit, having to pay again for the bloods to be taken. They messed the test up and had to send another test kit for the part that was incorrectly handled. Another extra charge. I complained and they offered me a discount code for a future test. The discount code was for less than discount codes the offer online. Their response seems to be the customer is always wrong.

    Wonderful service. I ordered two of the same tests, one for myself and one for my daughter (o.18). What I did not know was they stopped one order thinking I might have made a mistake; I only received one dispatch advice. Customer Service (Liz) was brilliant and aided me through the correct process. I should have asked my daughter to make an account and used my card to pay. My daughter needed her own account as the Dr. would need the individual the medical history to give the right advice in moving forward. I also suspect the data protection act and confidentiality needed to be consider too. Very smooth and quickly resolved. Liz also confirmed our agreed course of actions with an email. Great service.
