        Came in for emergency prescription as had run out and didnt realise. Has now been 40 minutes and am still waiting. The woman on the till has been very rude and is currently dispensing medication for people who arent here, rather than dealing with the queue of at least 7 people that are stood waiting in front of her. If the pharmacy is going to be busy maybe have more staff? Or at least prioritise the people waiting in front of them. I will be going to Bingham pharmacy next time.

        Shocking service , never helpful, They can walk past you and totally ignore your there ! Havent got a clue whats going on , Then close the whole shop as there isnt a pharmacist in ! Bad enough service daily then that on top ! Never been any good !

        Lazy, unhelpful customer assistants (the irony). Cant be bothered to help or look for products. They prefer to stand around chatting, point rather than use their legs and god forbid an item is in the back - youd think you were asking them to climb a mountain to look for it.
