Sarah is a brilliant teacher. She is qualified in a number of areas related to Womens Health (ranging from Pregnancy through to Post-Menopause). I have had a number of one-to-one sessions with her for a health problem, and I am so pleased with my progress. Sarah worked with me to ensure the exercises I was doing were right for me and provided me with detailed suggestions of exercises to practice between sessions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for support with an issue relating to Womens Health.

I have absolutely loved attending Sarah's pregnancy yoga sessions and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone expecting, she is very calming and I have always come away from the session relaxed and hope to use the techniques learnt for labour, I have found a lot of the stretches and breathing exercises have helped me through out my pregnancy so far especially as baby gets bigger. It has been great to meet other mums to be in the sessions at the same time.

I joined Sarahs classes originally for pregnancy yoga - they worked wonders to keep me flexible and feeling great, with the promise of a good nights sleep after class. I even used some of the movements whilst in labour to relax and prepare myself for birth. Sarah does fantastic postnatal yoga support too, and is well trained in techniques to improve your core strength after pregnancy. Not only has the yoga been fantastic over the last year, Ive made a wonderful group of mum friends through the classes - which Sarah actively encourages and supports. Having attended some other yoga options in the area - she is the best teacher Ive come across

Sarahs yoga classes are so wonderful! I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated - guaranteed to have a good nights sleep after one of her pregnancy yoga classes! I first found Sarah when I joined her baby yoga classes with my first baby 4 years ago (my baby always fell asleep after class - sometimes during!!) and since then, Ive taken part in one of her retreats, pregnancy yoga and Im about to join the class for baby yoga again in November! She really is fantastic and also just such a lovely person (which helps!)

Sarah at Yoga and More is a fantastic pregnancy yoga instructor. I love seeing Sarah every Wednesday to loosen up, relieve tight muscles / tension pain and to feel good. I have been going to Sarah since being 16 weeks pregnant and now I am 38 weeks pregnant and honestly couldnt recommend it enough. Not only do I feel flexible and loosened up after her class (even when carrying a baby) but Ive also learnt a lot about my body, what my body is going through during pregnancy and what positions are good / helpful, for labour. Not only does she teach excellent yoga but her knowledge is next to none. Highly recommend this fantastic yoga instructor. Thank you Sarah for everything
