I have been seeing Steve due to problems with my back. Through discussion, Steve has helped me realise the cause of my discomfort i.e. long hours sat in the car/sat at a desk/poor posture. This has enabled me to do what I can to help myself, with Steve most recently highlighting the problems associated with sleeping on my front, as opposed to on my side. Through monthly visits, Steve brings me the relief that I need with regards to my back and I cant recommend him highly enough.

Steve is not only an excellent sports therapist, but is also an excellent person. Genuinely cares for your well being and wants to help your body recover from any types of injuries. I would highly recommend Steve as he provides an incredible service.

I have been receiving chiropractic/physiotherapy treatment for many years, following a car accident. Same old treatment, week after week, month after month. Things then changed when Steve was recommended to me. Steve works to identify the source of your pain, the underlying reason for the pain and then, through a range of relevant techniques, works to remedy the issue. Steves treatment for myself has included massage, acupuncture and kinesiology taping (I cant explain how it works but, rest assured, it does!). Steve immediately puts you at ease, is empathetic but, at the same time, encourages you to do all you can to assist the healing process. Steve has many years of experience and is a highly skilled sports therapist, who genuinely wants to do his best to make you pain free. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. Steves studio is based at Moss End Village, so there are no issues with parking and Steve is able to offer extremely flexible hours.
