Was pretty average. Sharing board .ratio of very small amount toasted bread to camembert terrine ect all wrong . Signature burger poor quality of meat in the burger , priced the same as say gourmet burger kitchen and prezzo burger but delivers the quality of a supermarket own brand frozen quarter pounder . Very hard to get away with desguising poor cheap ingredients. Possibly trying to claw back the money from the ruburb by using very poor cheap quality . Chips were just about cooked . Umai mayo revolting . Korean chicken fairy good . Unfortunately it falls well below standards of old and below the standard of cooking of my own at home. Its a shame as used to be a a much higher standard .

Lovely pub and great food

Food was slow today and we had to wait quite a while for fish and chips and gammon and chips. It was a very small bit of gammon,but it was tasty. The downside was the loud staff, namely like a woman supervisor, shouting at staff, clicking her fingers at kitchen staff. Shouting who keeps moving the spirits and saying why do i have to do everything myself. I felt sorry for the staff

lovely pub, great service, and fantastic food cooked just right. Prices were reasonable. All round very good experience. Would recommend it to everyone.

Only 3 stars because they are pushing this Cashless nonsense. Nice pub and restaurant, food was lovely, staff very polite and friendly but we won't be coming back. Will spend CASH somewhere else
