        Warfield Stoves & Fires installed our log burner a couple of days before Christmas last year. From start to finish the process was so professional and the communication was brilliant. The gentleman in the showroom was brilliant and explained all the options really clearly. The guys who came to do the survey and then fit it were very friendly and efficient (and took appropriate precautions as were mid pandemic; masks, ensuring ventilation etc). Karen was brilliant in keeping us updated. A wonderful local company who I would recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful stove (which is also energy efficient). Thanks so much guys!

        We've just had a Celena Fire and a fireplace installed. Both are lovely, and look really great in the room. Special thanks to the installation guys (Glen and Kyle) - they were brilliant. Efficient, neat and communicative. Warfield stoves co-ordinated getting a cherry picker to install a chimney cowl on a pretty inaccessible chimney too. One star off as we had to chase for the quote a couple of times - although it was a custom fireplace so a bit of extra work was required I guess. All-in-all very pleased though. Thank you.

        We bought a woodburner from Warfield stoves,helpful communication, fantastic service, quick delivery and the stove is absolutely brilliant. So no complaints from this customer. Never trust posts from complainants with German made up names.

        We have had a fantastic experience with Warfield Stoves. They helped us find exactly the fireplace we were looking for and project managed the installation from start to finish. Absolutely love it especially now its cold enough to make use of it!

Simon was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to recommending various options that would suit our existing space and budget. We are very happy with the service received and love our new fire, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
