Vegetarian options: There was dal, rice, Quorn and Vege meals, but these were outnumbered by meat. Kid-friendliness: Kids go half price

The selection wasn't great at buffet. No hot Currys at all and desert wasn't much better choice of hard sponge cake or melon Parking: Excellent parking shame about the food

After driving past this establishment for many years, we decided to give the Spice Lounge a go. We ordered a takeaway for collection. The meal was a little late, but the service was good . We got home. Dished up looked good, and then disappointment set in. The Chicken Tikka Masala was basically yoghurt and no flavour with chunks of hard chicken. The Madras tasted of curry powder and water, the chicken, plentiful as it was, tasted of nothing. Pilau rice was ok. The Bhuna Murg was milder curry powder and water with about 3 pieces of chicken. The 3 chipatis were undercooked, which is ironic as we were told that they were the reason for the delay. In all, a very poor experience will not be used again. Positives are, polite service on collection and good price. But honestly, buy a microwave curry and get more flavour.
