Aqua Hot Tubs & Swim Spas Berkshire

I was lucky enough to come across Aqua Hot Tubs to purchase my Jacuzzi. The level of information from start to finish was very high. Every question I had was answered along the way. Once ordered and a delivery date set, we had some weather issues, which complicated logistics of fitting, but it was all done calmly and ordered, ensuring no stress. Finally, on a Sunday once in we were given a clear demonstration how to operate and maintain the Jacuzzi. I cant fault the service at all. I should also mention all questions along the journey were answered immediately by email. Very professional in a nutshell.

Sunil was great! He was very helpful, provided some good advice and was very responsive. We received our hot tub and swim spa on time and the set up and post installation instruction lesson was very helpful. The products themselves are fabulous. We tried out a number of swim spas and found the Masterspa to be the best quality, provide the best swimming experience and competitively priced.

Very helpful and knowledgeable when deciding which hot tub to buy. I had LOTS of questions (first time buyer of a hot tub) and Sunil and Angela were very patient, providing not just answers but opinions, which was very helpful. However, what I've been especially pleased about has been the level of support they've provided me after-sale. Always prompt to reply on email or phone and Sunil has even made a few personal visits to sort out a few teething issues and explain certain aspects of tub maintenance. They clearly care about their customers. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I recently had a hot tub installed by aqua hot tubs and the whole process from them was very smooth . Great communication and very knowledgable about their products . The hot tub is great and I would definitely recommend them as a supplier
