        My car was repaired from 19/04-03/05 and the garage did not order the replacement mirror even the repair had been booked long time ago. The garage wasted 4 days by doing nothing ( on 19/04,21/04,22/04, and 24/04). The garage did not let me know about the situation or gave me misleading information about the issues or when it would be done. I had to arrange for one spare part myself as the garage was not sure if it fitted my car and did not want to ask the ebay seller to make sure. The garage did not give me any warranty ,not for labour,not for new replacement spare parts. My pasangers seat cover got dirty, it was not covered. I was not told that they lost my red metal cap and they replaced it with a plastic black one.

        A massive shout out and recommendation to West End Farm MOT Ltd, they saved my bacon with my car, it needed a new turbo, tyres and mot. I had been let down and messed around for 4 months by a family friend but less than 2 weeks after my car was towed to the garage I have it back! Their prices are so competitive and they do not overcharge! Thoroughly recommend them
