        Berkeley built my flat in Ferard Corner part of the Woodhurst Park Development. We currently have no hot water or heating due to whoever fitted the pipe structure connecting to our boiler. The pipe used has a blockage inside, which is restricting the gas flow to the boiler. We have a one year old baby and because of this negligence from Berkely homes we are freezing inside a new flat without hot water. I am currently looking into legal proceedings against Berkeley. Be very careful dealing with this company. Their work is not as good as first appears and you may get problems just a few months down the line. Michael Morris 43 Ferard Corner

        Once you live here, you wouldnt want to live elsewhere. Community spirit high as everyone is willing to help. Berkeley made sure there are plenty of green space between houses. Unlike other developments, you have no gates in front of your house except for the few in front of the Village Green. You can spot deers, rabbits, foxes, birds and other wildlife amidst the development. Where else can you find such a beautiful back yard?
