Upon reading other negative reviews it is clear to see that this company lacks common morals and business ethics. I called to enquire about two vans, discussed specifics with Rupert who confirmed that both vehicles were still available and agreed to hold both vehicles for me as I was a 3 hour round trip away. When I arrived at exactly the time I specified I would be there, both vans did not exist. One he said had sold the day before but clearly didnt see this information relevant during our conversation on the phone. He then failed to offer any real explanation as to where the other one was. Both were advertised live on his website with photographs and are still there now. When I briefly expressed how disappointed I was and merely hinted at the cost he had unnecessarily incurred to me, he quickly became very aggressive, ordering me to leave his yard immediately. As I was leaving he continued to hurl abusive comments and names at me in front of my wife and two young children (4 and 6 years old). This man is a horrible excuse for a human being, and operates a business to be avoided at all times. He is abusive and threatening! Do not support Rupert and his business Highfield Vans.

I purchased a van from these guys it was Rupert who I dealt with He is a con artist he sold me a vehicle that had been a total write off charge me 15,000 and then block my number keep away from these guys

Spoke with Rupert on the phone discussed buying a van told me who would call me back with details of service history I told him I wad setting of with my family he said that was fine I was 60 miles down the motorway to call back and say I wouldnt be to long and there secretary told me he had sold the van within minutes even tho he promised that he would hold as I was coming along journey I doubt the van even existed kept away wish I read the reviews first con man !!!!!
