        We ordered a "Large" wicker dog basket which arrived promptly and was really lovely quality, but unfortunately a bit too small for our retriever. We then ordered a replacement in "Extra Large" which was a perfect fit and hoped to return the first one for refund. However, it has proved very difficult to find a courier who will take it back to the company for a reasonable price - it's just too large a box. So if it's a large object, make sure you buy the right size first time! I would still order again from the company though, because the products are great.

        Bought a shopping basket for kitchen storage. Not only did I pay more using their own website (!!) than the same itemcost in their etsy store (35 v. 33.50 on etsy) but the handles didn't line up when held like a basket.... For 35 I would have expected a bit better.
