Would give even less if possible. My elderly grandma could not wait for me to post her passport documents and so has gone to this post office to do it. Anyone who has been out of Bilston or with general knowledge knows theres only four passport offices in England - Liverpool, Peterborough, London, Durham. My grandma to her own mistake admittedly has gone there with the complete wrong address - a return address for lost post in Northampton at a DX branch (don't ask me how). If you work at post office or even in general, youd know theres nothing in Northampton never mind a passport office. She has asked the man at the post office for help and told him it needs to go to a passport office. He has checked this address and said yeah thats fine thats a passport office!? Yes forgive my grandmas old age but in terms of guidance given from this post office for a basic question, its shocking. Just took her money and said yeah carry on. Anyone from around the area knows Bunkers Hill have always been terrible, regardless of new owners. Go to Bilston central, where at least they have general knowledge and do their best to assist the elderly.
