Leave the residents until the point they have Really bad Pressure sores or until they fall out of bed and dont call an ambulance until 2 hours later

Place is disgraceful They neglected my Nan for 2 years Unnoticed pressure sores until hospitalised Unnoticed blot clot in leg Filthy glasses ( see photo attached) Always soaking wet when visited Medication not ordered Being force fed (as seen by paramedics) Lies and lies from Sue the manager Things never get dealt with Honestly please avoid this care home if you want your loved ones to be looked after! They will not do that... Checkout the CQC REPORT! Refused to be show care notes to the next of kin Staff are incompetent have no care in them This place is absolutely disgraceful and everyone working there should be ashamed! I will not drop the neglect that occurred I will fight this all the way

Terrible care home avoid at all cost. staff are incompetent The manager is rude! Poor care! People in prison are looked after better than there residents are. Place needs shutting down.!!

Absolutely disgusting place, cant even begin to imagine that other peoples relatives are in there being neglected and abused in so many ways
