This place is a joke and needs investigating from the Housing Ombudsman ASAP regarding the unlawful conduct and breaches in its own policy. It discriminates against vulnerable and disabled people and is in breach of the Equality Act. Please avoid unless you wish to be another victim of this substandard establishment.
