    MISSING piece they refused to replace. I received my order missing one piece and promptly emailed them to advise. I heard nothing. I phoned 2 weeks later due to being away, and they denied receiving the email. I then asked them to look into the missing piece and they advised me that they won't look into the missing piece because it has been 2 weeks. I then sent them proof that I did indeed email them. I am shocked I even had to prove the email - I was missing a tiny piece worth 32 I haven now heard back form the company who are happy to send me the piece - Thank you SHOCKING customer service.

    Customer service is terrible. I ordered two sets of cusions. One was perfect and matched the dimensions ordered. The other was out by an inch on each side. I contacted their customer care to resolve this and was asked to provide picture evidence which I did. I have now been told that the size loss is due to packaging. The cusion has been left out for multiple days to see if it will resize itself and has not. No genuine appolagy given, no admission of mistake, no replacement offered and no refund given. Emails back and fofth for days and im no closer to getting the ptoduct i ordered or a refund.
