Awful service if you have parcel to collect! Queued for long time 2 tills open , people doing shopping and taking parcels from both, my turn asks my name i spell it , he has a quick look gives me a different name packet- my name and that name has nothing in common. I say that is not my packet and says aaa wait there for my colleague to look then and he starts serving people after me. His colleague was already for 10 min with other parcel which they could not find it and started organising parcels as is a mess as has too many parcels. I enquired why he cant serve me and i was not given a reason i was told to wait for the lady to serve me after, who knows how long that is going to be. I have waited my turn but he was not in the mood to look for a parcel. I have therefore not managed to collect my parcel

Rude!!! If i could give zero stars then i would! I went online and paid for postage via Evri (Hermes), who then told me to come here for the parcel to be dropped off. I put one step through the door and the lady behind the counter was shaking her head at me saying no we don't accept them parcels as they are too big. To put it into perspective, I was posting a small square cushion. Yes 2 seperate square cushions both individually wrapped to be posted to 2 separate addresses. Apparently these small square cushions are too large!! I said can I top up my gas and electric here, I'm looking to put 250 (the max) on each. She started laughing and said no. One of the rudest people I have ever come across. I said fair enough, thanks anyway. The male member of staff was just standing next to her, even he was speechless and watched in shock of the way she spoke to me! I didnt say a word wrong, i only stepped through the door! As I was leaving I could hear her giggling to the male member of staff behind the counter. Unacceptable, I will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know to avoid coming here. I only came here as it was suggested by Evri. I think I will go the extra mile and go to Old Heath Road. Read the reviews and avoid here at all costs!!!
