Customer service non existent.. You call they take your detail and tell you someone will call back, no one calls back you call agai then you have to repeat yourself giving details again then they tell you they will call you back but it never happens. Then if you do manage to speak to someone you find that all vehicles advertised are not available as they sold them the day before. Complete waste of time.

Bought 69 ford transit custum, everything was fine until i took it to ford for service - turns out David miss advertise it - saying it has ford sync and all extras - but it only has only ford interferace so no reverse camera or other comfort addons cant be added on. When called and spoke to David he said he will come back with details of someone who can do it - at end of the day still no answer.

We have purchased 69 plate ford custom from ctv Ltd. Vehicle was delivered but not as described. Described as perfect alloys, one had a huge chip out of rim and 2 others curbed. Scratches all over and advised few days later by my mechanic that van was involved in back side shunt.As we already committed ourselves due to needing it ASAP we accepted the van. We were told as v5 left at the office it will be sent to dvla next day. We are now 6 weeks later and still no new v5 and David the owner is not returning phone calls despite promising to find out why this is happened. Heard numerous excuses including its dvla fault etc. To compare we have sold our old van 2 days later and dvla issued new v5 in 7 days. We will never buy from them again as no post sale customer service. All this company want is to get your money and forget about you. Sometimes is better to learn a lesson as our next van will be from local trusted dealer.
