Had Tom out o fit a log burner at my previous property and I must say he was fantastic, no problems or issues at all I was very happy with the baby Gabriel he fitted. However this time around I unfortunately cannot say the same. One thing after another. We had an ekol inset plus fitted on Tom's recommendation and it was useless, not for for purpose. Tom reluctantly came back to remove the fire and was initially going to leave it with me. After back and forth he gave me the money back for the burner alone and then put the baby Gabriel back in . Rather than take the time to rectify the work he dumped the burner o dangerously on the Harth leaving a major risk to my1 year old daughter rather than sinking it back into the chimney. Tom called to say he wasn't happy how he had left it and said he would rectify his workmanship. This did not happen, instead he became aggressive and defensive when my partner called him to see how we were going to move forward. Long story short we lost over 1200 and are having to do the work ourselves. Cheers Tom 1 Oh and just to add if you are not white British...I suggest you avoid avoid avoid
