Unhappy with Dean. Poor workmanship, didn't want to sort it out and when it was sorted out, took weeks. Adam who actually sorted out the poorly plastered walls was brilliant and did a great job - got there in the end but I would not recommend. UPDATE - FAO Mark Kelsey When I reported an issue to Persimmon, it was Dean, from Roseville, who they sent to review my complaint, who deemed walls with multiple tiger stripes as acceptable. After further escalated complaints and another review by the Persimmon Site Manager, it was agreed to re-plaster. As previously mentioned, the issue was resolved, by Adam, who was great, and for which I am grateful for. My previous complaint was directed towards Dean, and my dissatisfaction of his acceptance of poorly plastered walls. The attitude displayed in your response speaks volumes, as did Dean's when he came to my property. FYI I had multiple complaints about various other snags in my newly built property - electricians, plumbers, and trades, none of those businesses have had a negative review, and they rectified any issues quickly, without hesitation.
