Been using this place for 5 years, have my retinopathy done there as well. Never had any problems. Would recommend.

Had diabetic eye screening done here, very professional, they clearly explained everything to me, friendly staff, receptionist very good wlll use again in the future.

Have been using Jacksons opticians for 3 years, so polite, professional, honest and welcoming, they dont try and push or over emphasize the need for new glasses just to make a sale. The receptionist on all my visits is always happy to help and makes you feel comfortable. Would rate more than 5 stars if I could

Would not give this place any star's .. Absolutely disgusted with the service i have received .. I am left with a pair of glasses that i cannot see through .. Lenses have been changed twice .. Still no good .. Asked for a refund .. To be told it had cost him 750 pound to change the lenses and i could not get a refund !! .. I do not care how much it has cost for him to change the lenses .. I have been sold a product that is of no use to me at all !! .. The only reason i went to him was because The Ray bay frame's i wanted was half the price i normally pay .. Big mistake !! .. I am now left out of pocket 500 pound !! .. My husband's glasses are no good either .. In total we are out of pocket 1000 pound's !! Absolutely disgusted !!
