        Visited just before closing time on a snowy Sunday afternoon. No messing about, carpet chosen and cut from a roll whilst we waited, same with underlay. First class, no fuss service

        Absolutely over the moon with this company! Fitted my sons carpet a few months back and did a fab job so decided to go with finesse for the rest of upstairs and the stairs. Mark the fitter is a genius and the quality of the carpet is outstanding! I will not use any other place again. 10/10

        Had my carpets from Finesse for the last 18 years. Always great quality, reasonable prices, and the fitting/finish is beautiful. Going at the weekend for a stair runner and landing carpet. I know they will have exactly what I want.
