-1 bilston urban village medical centre bunch of Quacks, receptionists could do with a course in social manners, they believe they have more power than the doctors,, poor management poor doctors. I can't stress enough please seek out another Doctors if possible

According to their policy you cannot request a prescription over phone even if it is a recurring one BUT you can send a neighbour who can request it for you. Also, it takes them over 3 working days to get the prescription ready. Not efficient and not a reliable surgery...

Worst surgery in the UK awful just awful. Receptionists are awful since most of the good ones left. Horrible service and GPs couldnt give a hoot about their patients we are just figures and statistics. Awful moving surgeries asap! Healthwatch CQC or the CCG! Complain and get this surgery closed useless place!

The worst, waited nearly two months for an appointment. I understand COVID has happened, but two months for an appointment is far from ok. Even when you phone up at 8am I guarantee your at least number 30 in the que, and by time they answer all appointments have gone and your told to ring back tomorrow. Doctors are fine, but the receptionist are rude, notrsupportive. They just want you off the phone as quick as possible. The WORST doctor's surgery I've ever experienced in my life AVOID.
