My iPhone screen was cracked and the speaker was very quiet.
I emailed The Moby Shop in Bilston for a quotation on Bank Holiday Monday. I received the quotation on Tuesday morning. I dropped the phone off Tuesday afternoon and collected it Wednesday midday. Fully repaired.
That service was amazing in itself but what made the experience so great for me was the treatment I received from the staff.
They acknowledge me when I entered the shop. They listened, explained clearly the process and kept eye contact when booking the phone in. They were knowledgeable, helpful and did not over promise.
I was even offered a loaner phone whilst they had mine!!
I shall go nowhere else for repairs and accessories.
