DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolutely terrible service. Do not recommend! Waste of time and waste of money. I put a deposit on an item I had seen in the window which was I believe was a cheap price the man had told me deposits are Non refundable and you have 3 months to collect which was absolutely fine. Ive been paying for my item, 1 payment left so I went to go collect my item. Why had the man sold my item?! He made up so much lies and said I called him up to say I dont want it. Firstly why would I do that knowing I will loose my 100 deposit and secondly, I had 1 payment left with 1 whole month left to pay, wouldnt I had come for a refund if I did not want the item. He then continues to rush to the back and said here, heres you item. He then proceeds to give me the wrong item. I had to show him a picture of the item , he then gave me the same item as the picture but wrong weight!!!!!! I couldnt believe it, luckily enough I wrote the weight of the item in my phone before putting a deposit so I had the information ready to check. He tried to over charge me. He had sold my item & unfortunately theirs Notbing I can doSo Ive came to the conclusion that they put cheap prices on items so you leave desposits, hope you forget your item and then in the end if you do come back give you the wrong item. DO NOT BUY. This is why they still have a business but they are con artists! He told me put the money on something else exchange only. I did not I told him I just want a refund he told me he would refund me however not my 100 desposit. At this point I had enough and walked out after him calling me a liar. Furthermore I had to wait a whole 14 days to get a refund from my bank not the shop as he continued to lie and cause hassle after I had shown him proof of all my receipts. Unfortunately I didnt get a full refund from my bank as I paid some cash, so I have now proceeded to take this business to small claims court as I will not be taken for an idiot. I want my money or I want the item i originally put a deposit on. DO NOT SHOP.

Knowledgeable and helpful, advised us against resizing our rings unnecessarily(losing himself what me and my wife would have paid). Not just chasing money, helpful and honest.

Well well well... from the moment we walked in we could see our faces didn't fit i asked about a braclet in the window (only one without a price tag) that was greeted with a look that could only.be described as you can't afford it but reluctantly here the price.. apprantly everyone is asking about it.. (logical thing would be to attach a price then obviously) I asked do you buy & get told that because Russia invaded Ukraine the price of gold has shot up apparently... weirdly this invasion has only effected bilston as this was news to me & the rest of the world.. proceeded to enquire about 2 chains i needed repairing firstly... get the good old mechanic exhale about price of a clasp & then this and that basically a repair he was going to cost around 110-120 (had this repaired round the corner for 25) so after that blatant con & over pricing I didn't enquire a price on the other.. Proceeded to show my late nans gold as he claims to be a "vintage specialist" but would need me to leave my property with him 30minutes.. (stuff i had checked & weighed round the corner straight away) I got the impression he couldn't be bothered & then he has the utter cheek to ask "who this belongs to" implying that I had stolen these items... "I would need to have ID if I was to buy anyway"... let's just say i am shocked this bloke is still in business...!! DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR CUSTOM... YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY & COMMON RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM USING THE JEWELLERS INSIDE THE MARKET... WAS SEEN PRETTY MUCH STRAIGHT AWAY, WE DIDNT FEEL SPOKEN DOWN TO OR PATRONISED, NOR DID WE GET ACCUSED OF THEFT...!!! PLUS YOU WONT BE RIPPED OFF & TRY TO BE CONNED BY A PATRONISING **** INSERT WORD USING YOUR IMAGINATION
