Supervisors force you to do in hard work, but other workers, including such a rude and lazy HR, don't care when you're sick and don't listen to what you're saying. Very Selfish

This place is disgraceful, annoying, probably worst work culture I ever seen. I applied for Food production operative role, for 2 weeks, everything was allright. Job met the discription. After that period, strange things started to happen. 6 new persons came with a language barrier, maybe by knowing couple of words in English and they been put in my position. Ive been send to clean factory, there was nothing about this role in my work assesment. Second thing they offered me some overtimes. I came on Saturday to work, one of the Vizers was shouting on my, trying to annoy me. They told that overtimes gonna be held from 8 till 2pm. On that time production didn't stopped, I was asking my Super Vaizer, can I go home, because I have plans to do, and it's over the time we agreed,he sayed we will finish in half n hour time. Half n hour passed, the production been still running. I have no other choice just to wanish from the place. I'm happy that I'm not working here anymore. Total human discrespect, no manners from the managing persons, no promises been kept.
