This surgery was great before it became Health & Beyond and merged with all the other surgeries. Now, its impossible to get an appointment, the telephone lines are so busy, when you actually do get through, there are no appointments left or you get through to another surgery and the receptionist states, "oh you have come through to another surgery, you need to call Church Street again maybe they will answer the phone " Bring back online booking of appointments !! The whole thing is shambles.

By far the worst surgery under Wolverhampton. My son is under 1 and has been battling an awful skin condition for awhile now on, so far they have either refused to see him or have prescribed medications (of which 1 was steroid cream) without even seeing him, just instead doing the consultation via telephone. I ring the surgery at 8am, only to be put in a huge queue, by 10am reach number 1 in the queue and the line cuts off. I then use the function which holds your place in the queue, only to be called back by a different surgery in the H&B group who cannot book appointments for other surgeries. I have had to report these issues to the health visitor and his hospital consultant in an effort to get some help for my baby, who quite possibly now has a skin infection. They are putting people's health at risk. Even the other surgeries within H&B cannot believe they would refuse to see a baby but this is my experience time and time again.

Thanks to Claire, Dr Mehta and Satinder for their kindness and help today. Very different attitude from some of the surgeries in Health and Beyond Group.

Dont deserve one star Absolutely disgusting they need shutting down, their useless order a prescription 2 weeks ago at the chemist phoned up today to chase it up as I had my last tablet last night only for the chemist to say ye I can see you have ordered it but the doctor still hasnt sent anything over, been on the phone 2hours 5mins to get cut of so trying again caller number 4 for nearly 20 mins its a load of b***** they wonder why the hospitals are so busy cuz the doctors dont do their jobs properly!!! This aint my 1st 2nd or 3rd poor experience cant wait to change doctors
