This place was originally on the High Street in Bilston & 2 women there Lani & Meera used to run the place. Once them 2 left the place was a mess, it was never open and when it was a miserable woman named nicki would sit there with a face on her. Once she was filing her nails at the desk ! Me and my husband were disgusted. When meera & lani were there the place was nice, we always saw them cleaning & sweeping outside. Both me & my husband bought our paid funeral plan from meera & lani nice girls they were.

I was completely satisfied with the excellent service that we received from F W Collins, from start to finish of our dealings with the company. From the moment I first spoke to Carol at the Bilston office, meeting her to discuss arrangements etc through to speaking to, then meeting Sharon at the Crematorium, everyone was so calming, confident, understanding and respectful throughout what was a sad occasion but a relief for my Aunt. Carol, in the office, was wonderful, taking time to explain, discuss, share and advise and to keep in contact with any updates, so as to ensure all would go to plan.she was so understanding and caring, a lovely lady and a credit to the company. Sharon, also, from the moment I spoke to her in the evening prior to the funeral, to meeting her at the Crematorium, was also caring, calming and compassionate yet with a quiet air of authority to ensure all proceeded well. Her appearance was immaculate, again setting a high standard and a tone for what was to happen. I would also like to express thanks and appreciation to Carol Grace, she was recommended by Carol in the office, and again, from speaking with her prior to the funeral to the actual funeral, she was wonderful. We had discussed ideas of what to put into the service and to the tribute to my Aunt. She conducted the service beautifully and ordered ideas from our discussions in such a perfect, sensitive yet respectful manner. My sincere thanks go to all who were involved with the funeral of my Aunt and I would have no hesitation in recommending F W Collins to anyone requiring the services of a Funeral Directors.
