        My family have used Walterss for over 70 years.. When my mum passed away this year Walters took the best care of her and sorted everything out for me at what was a difficult time. I cant recommend them enough. Sam from the Bilston office made the whole process very easy. They did my mum proud & helped arrange a lovely service for her.         Re Gemma Harrison From the first phone call with Sam at the Bilston office I was treated with courtesy, understanding and kindness. Sam answered all my questions and guided me throughout and never made me feel a nuisance. I was kept informed at every stage. Sam created a beautiful bespoke order of service that was perfect. On the day of the funeral Anthony and his team were amazing. Everything was done as requested and nothing was too much trouble, even down to them wearing pink ties as suggested by Sam. The level of respect shown to my daughter by all at Walters was immeasureable. Their professionalism and compassion is at the heart of all they do. A huge thankyou to all at Walters and especially to Sam, I would have been lost without you.

        I lost my mum (Valerie Bryan) earlier this year and could not have received better service and support than we did from A & A Walters. Sam at the Bilston office was very pleasant and friendly and always willing to listen to me and my dad to make sure we had the best funeral for mum. The day of the funeral could not have gone more smoothly and everyone involved was professional, discreet and respectful at all times. Thanks to everyone involved, highly recommended.
